Week one of VBS is done! Being back in Romania, reconnecting with the Heart2Heart staff, and serving the kids has been so sweet. The Lord provided safety and so much joy this week.
Our team had the opportunity to serve a group of kids at the house in Nenciulesti where we were staying. We had a team doing skits, crafts, and games. The giant slip n slide/tarp was definitely a big hit. We also were able to serve at two VBS's for Gypsy kids living in the village. Seeing the kids enthusiasm, especially during worship has been a huge highlight of the trip so far.
Our team is taking this weekend to rest and recharge at the Team House in Bucharest and my heart is so full and at peace.
Please pray for smooth travel back to the other house tomorrow, as well as endurance for this next week, where we will go to the special needs orphanages and serve the kids there.
