Hi Friends and Family!
First of all, I am so, so grateful for your prayer and support these last couple of months and am excited to announce that I have reached my fundraising goal. We are so close to the trip as it is in T-minus 12 days! In the time before we leave, we will be finalizing details and learning bits of the Romanian language. One of my main duties in Romania will be to lead musical worship during VBS as well as our team’s devotional time. Some of the songs I will be singing in Romanian, while others I will be teaching from a variety of hand-selected songs.
As the time ticks down before the team and I leave, please be praying for me in the following ways:
1) Pray for the Lord to prepare and protect both my physical health and my relationship with Him as I go overseas.
2) Pray for thorough and effective preparation for the musical worship, as it will be quite a challenge to lead songs in a foreign language!
3) Pray for the whole Romania team to create and keep a strong bond as we go into this beautiful opportunity to share the gospel together.
4) Lastly, please pray that the Lord will prepare the hearts of those we will share the gospel with and begin opening their hearts to the idea of an unconditionally loving Savior.
