Hi, my name is Sage and a couple things that I've learned throughout the meetings is that language is not a reason for you to give up, or stop sharing the Word of God. It is simply a challenge and with the Lord's help you can overcome that challenge. Another thing I've learned is that God will always provide. Hearing a couple stories from last year of last minute changes, no electricity, or even no water....God will always provide you with what you need and when you need it. All you have to do is trust in Him. I think what I'm most excited about this trip is just seeing the kids smile. If I can reach even just one heart on this trip I believe I have fulfilled what God has sent me to do. I'm hoping God will give me the ability to break through with some of these kids, with kind of relating to them and being able to share with them on what its like to be loved by Jesus. A couple ways you can pray for me would be 1. Having the kids see Jesus shine through me and not vise versa and 2. Staying hydrated!! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing with us a practical couple of ways to pray for you on your adventure. My Mom (who went on a missions trip to Romania years ago) said it was almost impossible to find ICE CUBES to put in water. That will help me remember to pray for you in a fun sort of way, too :)
